Shipping
Most items are kept in stock and are usually despatched in 1-2 days from the date of order.
If an item is out of stock and the lead time is expected to be more than 2 further days we will attempt to contact you by e-mail or phone where provided, with an update and expected despatch date.

Delivery charges are added automatically to the shopping cart and can be reviewed before payment is made.
Delivery to mainland UK is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on the total order value.
If Royal Mail Special Delivery option is selected, we do not guarantee orders are shipped same day.
A signature will be required on delivery.

International Deliveries
Deliveries outside the UK will be sent Royal Mail International Signed For and final delivery by the destination country postal service.
A signature will be required on delivery.
International shipping normally takes 5 - 7 days depending on destination but please allow 14 days.
Any import duties / taxes are the resposibility of the buyer.
