Most items are kept in stock and are usually despatched in 1-2 days from the date of order.
If an item is out of stock and the lead time is expected to be more than 2 further days we will attempt to contact you by e-mail or phone where provided, with an update and expected despatch date.
If you require your order delivered by a certain date please contact us and we will confirm stock availability.

UK Deliveries.
Delivery to mainland UK is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If Royal Mail Special Delivery option is selected, we do not guarantee orders are shipped the same day.
For higher value orders will will only ship by Royal Mail Special Delivery for the additional insurance this service offers.
A signature will be required on delivery.
Royal Mail states 1st Class Signed For Service is usually 1-3 days.
For guaranteed delivery use the Special Delivery option. Please call our office if you have an urgent order.
Occasionally we will ship by an alternative carrier - usually for heavier shipments of 2kg or more.

International Deliveries

We Ship Worldwide.

To check shipping options and cost simply add the products you are interested in purchasing to the web shopping cart, select your country and the available shipping options are shown in the shipping drop down box.

Deliveries outside the UK will be sent Royal Mail International Signed For and final delivery by the destination country postal service.
A signature will be required on delivery.
Fedex options are also avaiable for most countries. Fedex do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a full home or works address.
Fedex class some island or remote locations as 'out of area'. These may have additional shipping charges. We will contact you
in this case with the option to pay the additional charge or ship by international registered mail instead.

Deliveries to South Africa.
Recorded delivery can not be made to PO box addresses.
Please provide a full fixed address.

Delayed or Lost Parcels.
In the rare event of a lost parcel we can only send a replacement when it is confirmed lost by the shipping service used.
We appreciate the patience from customers when a parcel is delayed. This is usually due to clearing customs in the receiving country. Such parcels are nearly always delivered.

Please ensure you have paid sufficient postage for the return. If full postage has not been paid a receiving & handling charge will be due and deducted from a refund payment.

International returns. Please contact us for the returns procedure before returning any parts.
Returns parcels must be clearly marked as a return and a nominal $10 value noted on the returns label.

International shipping by post takes approximately 10 - 25 working days depending on destination but can vary considerably depending on country and local customs clearances.
