Refund policy

You MUST contact us before returning any goods for a returns autorisation. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your goods. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement with Rowan Engineering. A returns authorisation must be obtained by e-mailing us. Goods must be returned in 'as new' condition for a full refund to be applied. IMPORTANT: please ensure allen keys and any loose hardware is wrapped separately so not to damage the item in transit.  If the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition.  Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. When returning an item(s) the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. If an item is returned because of late delivery and 'not required' the initial outward postage charge is not refunded. For international returns please ensure the correct customs documentation is completed so the returns import duty & taxes are not charged to Rowan Engineering. Any returns charges incurred to Rowan Engineering due to incorrect returns documentation will be chargeable.  Refunds will be made by a method of the Company's choice.
