Pier Riser Base.

Fits 100mm diameter pier riser or extension tubes.
Can be used to convert an extension tube to a stand alone riser.
Also allows a base to be permanently fitted to a tripod or pier and allows removal of the mount and riser tube using the 3x side bolts.
